Returns and refunds
We want you to be happy with your order. Here is how returns and refunds work at Pureboost.
Returns of unopened products
- You can return unopened, sealed products within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be in its original packaging, with the seal intact, and within its best-before date.
- For hygiene and food-safety reasons we cannot accept opened or partly used products.
- For unopened products you no longer want, the return shipping cost is paid by the customer.
Damaged, wrong or expired items
Please check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, leaking, tampered with, past its best-before date or not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will send a free replacement or refund you in full.
How to start a return
Email info@pureboost.in or call +91 89 8012 0000 with your order number and the items you want to return. Please do not send anything back before we confirm the return.
Refunds
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it in your account.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by emailing us. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, but unopened products can be returned as described above.
